Full payment is required before I start.

For commissions $100+, payment is split 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery.

Payment plans for large or complex projects can be discussed in advance.

Priority orders with a fixed deadline require a 40% extra fee.

If references or required information are not provided within 2–3 days, the commission is considered abandoned.

If the client cancels after work has started, charges apply by stage:

Rough sketch → 30%

Base colors → 50%

Final stage → no refund

If the client is unresponsive for 7 days, the commission is considered abandoned with no refund.

WIPs are sent for feedback; clear references and size/resolution requirements must be provided.

Free changes are allowed during the rough sketch stage (within reasonable limits).

After base colors are applied, no changes are accepted except color adjustments.

Delivery time depends on complexity, feedback speed, and requested changes.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission.

Artwork will be published by default; privacy requires an extra fee.

Final files are delivered digitally via the chosen communication platform (Gmail preferred) as PNG or TIFF.

Layered files are available for VTuber or animation projects if requested from the start.

Artwork is for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.

Proper credit is required (Shugarabitto); otherwise, the artwork cannot be used.

No reselling, credit removal, edits, AI use, datasets, NFTs, or automated tools.

Harassment, abuse, scams, chargebacks, or bad-faith behavior may result in cancellation without refund, permanent blacklisting, loss of usage rights, and shared warnings with other artists.
